As we look back on 2024, we reflect on our achievements and growth through the power of “Heart to Heart,” and look ahead to 2025 with the banner of “Sailing Ahead” — reaching new heights and thriving forward.
2024 Annual Summary Meeting
The meeting kicked off with a welcoming speech from Chairman Mr. Chen. 2024 marked the conclusion of VSOL’s fourth three-year plan — a year of both growth and challenges. As we embark on our fifth three-year plan in 2025, standing at the new starting point of our Sino-Singapore Knowledge City headquarter, we are more united and determined than ever to pursue our goals.
Next, the R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, and Functional teams shared their 2024 summaries, covering key achievements, lessons learned, and future plans. Mr. Chen then outlined the company’s 2025 goals, “Because we believe, we can see, and ultimately achieve,” he said, inspiring the team to achieve even greater success in 2025.

Time flies, and our ten year members have left an indelible mark on VSOL with their perseverance and dedication. These individuals embody the spirit of VSOL, pushing us forward into the next decade.
Our Outstanding Employees live by the core values of “Integrity, Passion, Responsibility, and Collaboration.” Their energy and commitment were key drivers of VSOL’s success in 2024, helping us grow and build for the future.

2025 New Year Gala
The evening’s festivities included a range of exciting performances from various departments, including skits, dance medleys, and live songs, fostering deeper connections and emotional bonds among the team. A rock performance by the management team lifted everyone’s spirits, symbolizing our ambition to soar higher like eagles. Traditional cultural performances, including Shadow Play and Yingge Dance, added a touch of heritage and charm to the celebration.
The event’s success was made possible by the generous sponsorship of our suppliers, the unwavering support of our customers, and the heartfelt contribution of our employees’ families.
The evening also featured a lively raffle, with prizes ranging from third place to the grand prize, as well as special awards like the “Sailing Ahead” Award and “Together for CB” Award. The excitement was palpable, with cheers erupting throughout the night.
In the new year, we will continue to innovate, optimize, and transform, aiming to move from PB to TB, and ultimately to CB, creating miracles for VSOL.
